Step 1 – Consultation & Concept
We begin with a conversation about your needs, your brand, and your goals. Whether you already have a logo or need a bit of design help, we’ll make sure you’re set up for success from the start.
Step 2 – Design Prep & Patch Planning
Our team reviews your artwork and translates it into a format perfect for laser etching and stitching. We'll help determine the right shape, size, and leather option for your custom patch. This ensures the patch application method is clean and precise.
Step 3 – Hat Selection & Customization Options
You’ll choose from our selection of premium hat styles and brands. Then, you can customize leather type (natural, dark brown, or black), stitching color, and placement.
Step 4 – Production & Hand Stitching
Once the designs and hats are approved, production begins. Each patch is laser-etched and stitched by hand. We never use glues or heat presses—only durable methods that last. This is the heart of our custom hat production process.
Step 5 – Quality Review & Shipping
Every order is checked for accuracy and quality. We inspect stitching, patch placement, and overall presentation. Then, your hats are carefully packed and shipped.
